Beautifully openwork, it is not only useful but also very decorative on a table. Rests on 3 small triangular feet with scalloped edges. It says Made in France and Decotec below in block letters. Note, enamel breaks, dull paint and oxidation everywhere on the surface. All these defects are linked to its past use.
