Delivery :    

As soon as the order is placed with your choice of delivery (except in cases detailed below), we take care of shipping it to you as soon as possible.

We will take a maximum of 2 days to prepare the shipment (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

Hello Broc takes particular care to package products in the most environmentally friendly way, favoring the reuse of packaging as much as possible. Feel free to do the same to reduce waste.

 

Delivery countries and costs : 

Delivery costs are your responsibility and payable in advance in most cases. When placing your order, you may be offered several delivery options. All you have to do is click on the delivery solution you prefer.

Deliveries are possible for the following destinations: mainland France, Corsica, Monaco, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Switzerland.

Bulky products : 

For any order to be delivered, we will contact you in order to develop the most suitable logistics solution.

We will always offer you several alternatives for your orders after checking the applicable prices and deadlines with a certain number of service providers.

 

Home Delivery :

Home deliveries may be made regardless of location, including upstairs.
However, deliveries above the third floor are dependent on elevator access. Indeed, in the absence of an elevator or if the dimensions of the latter are unsuitable for the delivery of the products, the delivery cannot be made by means of the stairwell (subject to the dimensions of the latter), only up to the third floor. Beyond that, delivery to the floor by our carrier will require the establishment of an estimate.
Thus, prior to your order, it is your responsibility to check that the products can be delivered to your floor or inside your home, in particular by taking into consideration the size and volume of the doors, the stairwell or of the lift with regard to product specifications in terms of size and volume.
Consequently, if there are one or more constraints related to the premises or the means of access to the place of delivery, and in particular delivery without a lift beyond the third floor or dimensions of the landing doors that are not suitable, you must imperatively contact Hello Broc Customer Service to inform them at contact@hellobroc.com.  Hello Broc will then establish an estimate taking into account these constraints. In case of acceptance of the quote, the costs are your responsibility, and are to be paid before delivery.
The impossibility of delivering the products delivered to your floor or inside your home, in the absence of information on the need to use specific means of delivery, cannot engage the responsibility of Hello Broc. If necessary, you will then have the possibility:
  • To ask the carrier to take back the product in application of your right of withdrawal.
  • To accept delivery, which will only be done in front of your home or at the foot of your building.


Exception: delivery in France overseas

For any order to be delivered with bulky product(s) and/or destined for France overseas, we will contact you in order to develop the most suitable logistics solution.

We will always offer you several alternatives for your orders after checking the applicable prices and deadlines with a certain number of service providers.




If an overpayment exists when placing the order for the transport part, Hello Broc will credit you the difference. Similarly, in the event of an additional cost, Hello Broc will send you an additional invoice to settle the difference and thus proceed with the preparation of the shipment.

Import taxes are extra and are your responsibility, especially for Switzerland.
