Extremely rare, it was issued in Perpignan to Corporal Garaud with the 'Well' mention on November 30, 1891.
He comes from the 16th Army Corps, 32nd Division and 63rd Brigade. 12th Infantry Regiment, 1st Battalion and 4th Company.
Frame in black lacquered wood with gilded inner contour. The certificate is also framed with a gold outline and a plum or burgundy colored canopy.
Note stains on the certificate and lack of paint on the frame.
