Taken from one of the many illustrations produced by the prolific Honoré Daumier. Dates from the very beginning of the 20th century. The wooden frame is more recent, around 1940.
In good condition apart from a few scratches on the frame.
Dimensions of the drawing only: height of 25 cm and width of 21 cm.
Frame dimensions: height of 45 cm and width of 39.5 cm.
