Probably a souvenir from Narbonne in 1979, as indicated below... If the original cork stopper is no longer, it does not always remain as charming with its rustic touch.
It can be used as a utensil holder or even a vase.
Approximate dimensions: total height 12 cm, diameter at the base 9 cm and internal diameter at the opening 5.5 cm.
